organized and full of purpose. As a lifestyle coach (and personal

to achieve a level of success that will surprise and delight you.
Sunny helped launch the custom-tailored approach to
getting organized in the 90s with her best-selling book
(with Roberta Roesch), How To Be Organized In Spite Of Yourself,
a Book-of-the-Month Club featured selection. She then took the concept
of organizing to the next level by integrating it with another of
Americas growing fascinations spirituality. The result,
Organizing For The Spirit, was published in 2004 (Jossey-Bass/J.Wiley
& Sons).
As a professional organizer for twenty-eight years, life coach,
speaker, and author, Sunnys experience and educational background
in counseling psychology have contributed to her development of
the unique and effective individual styles method of organizing.
By combining specific how-tos with dynamic philosophy, she
has created a highly respected approach to mastering the dual challenges
of staying productive and feeling good. Whether coaching individuals
or working with small groups, Sunny enables people to gain control
over the time and space challenges that can make life seem overwhelming.
Once you see that the details of your life are all connected, those
details can become meaningful and manageable. Its then possible
to go beyond simple organization to find out who you are, where
you are in the story of your life, how to enjoy yourself, and how
to give back something.
Sunnys latest project is assisting Baby Boomers and their
parents in tackling the accumulated treasures and trash
of a lifetime. Using her own experience and professional perspective,
she shows you how to make the decisions that will simplify your
life, as well as how to acknowledge the experiences that make it
meaningful.
